At the Carnigie Scinence Center in Pittsburgh
A) We're sitting in the "shaking booth" (an expirence of an earthquake!!!"
B) We're moving our hands in things like how a bird does
C) The beautiful view of the Ohio River where my Dad works!
But of course, I'm a Dr. Suess fan! Here's my tribute to one of my favorite authours!
*His birthday was today
* He wrote tons of cool ryhiming books example: Cat in the Hat, Green Eggs & Ham
* He is 106 years old
*His real name was Theodore Geisel
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DR. SUESS! I WISH YOU WERE ALIVE!
Today at school was great! Tommorow my class goes to the book fair, there you get to purchase books in the library instead of returning, renewing, and borrowing. Anyway, I'm so excited for tommorow! We went to the Carnigie Science Center (my favorite subject other than reading) a while ago and had fun exploring all the exhibits. in April, our EXCEL class is going there TO SLEEP OVER on a field trip!
Odds & Ends
-The boys are at wrestling practice
-I'm reading "Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing" by Judy Blume which is hilarious
-Please, pray that Dr. Suess is having fun in heaven
Syd.
